How the complaints process works

  • You may report concerns about UYP activities, members, or office-bearers.
  • Submissions are reviewed by authorised staff and may take time to investigate.
  • We cannot guarantee fully anonymous investigation in every situation.
  • You will be contacted using the details you provide; sensitive details will not be shared publicly.
